Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 14 days from when you receive your package to make a return. All returns items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging. Please note: returns need to be sent to our warehouse in the USA and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels.

Return steps

1. Please log in to your profile on our website www.acstick.com

2. Click in the upper right corner Account

3. Now you will see all the orders you have with us. Please choose the correct one you want to return. And press the return button. 

4. Wait for the email in which you will receive the label. Bring the package to the carrier.

5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 days after we receive your returned goods.

General Terms

Use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. AC STICK™ is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. Or refund your bank account number!

• You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items: If the product you purchased is damaged, incomplete, or missing any accessories or parts, a refund will not be provided. To qualify for our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all components, accessories, and in its original packaging.

Shipping of incorrect items

If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will provide a call tag. Please contact us before proceeding with the return.
